To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, or registering with the consent of a legal guardian. By submitting your registration, you agree that all information provided is accurate and current. Any misrepresentation may lead to account suspension or removal from the program. Upon registration, access to the program will be granted once payment is successfully made. All fees are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error, subject to review by our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Nextvert reserves the right to revise pricing or promotional offers at any time without notice.
By enrolling, you agree to follow all guidelines, deadlines, and expectations set within the program. Misuse of the platform, plagiarism, inappropriate behavior, or repeated non-responsiveness may result in deactivation of your account and denial of certification. Participants are expected to act professionally, submit assigned tasks sincerely, and communicate respectfully with our team. All content, learning materials, assignments, and certifications provided through the platform remain the intellectual property of Nextvert. Reuse, redistribution, or commercial use of our materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
We collect and store necessary personal data such as your name, contact details, and task performance, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data may be used for communication, task evaluation, certificate generation, and internal research purposes. By using the platform, you consent to receive updates, notifications, and communication through email, phone, or messaging platforms.
Nextvert may work with third-party services such as payment gateways, certificate providers, or communication platforms like LinkedIn, Zoom, and WhatsApp. While we ensure partnerships with reputable providers, we are not responsible for their content, policies, or technical reliability. Interaction with any third-party tool is at your own discretion.
A certificate of completion will be awarded only to participants who complete the program in full, meet the task submission criteria, and adhere to expected performance standards. These certificates are intended for resume-building and professional exposure but do not guarantee job placement or employment with Nextvert or any third party. Performance evaluation may be included on the certificate based on task quality and responsiveness.
Nextvert is not liable for delays, losses, or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as internet failure, server issues, or natural disasters. Our goal is to provide a consistent and quality experience, but minor issues may occur beyond our control.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically, and it is the user’s responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of the latest version. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be governed by the laws of India and will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts.
